Second, Kagame's Rwanda is dominated by white men, predominantly from the United States, who occupy key positions across almost all critical institutions. The erasure of Rwigema's vision, legacy, and achievements is not only tragic but serves as a stark reminder of the upheaval that arises from a dictator's relentless pursuit of power.
