Carol Anne Douglas is the author of LANCELOT: HER STORY as well as a book of feminist theory and many articles and book reviews during her nearly 40 years as a member of the OFF OUR BACKS collective. She is a avid researcher of Arthurian and Shakespearean lore and writes plays as well as fiction. She was born in New York, grew up in Los Angeles, and has lived in Washington, DC for many years.
