Black & Barhe partners with BooksCloud for order fulfillment. Our catalog includes both new and used titles. Product availability, condition, and specifications are subject to change.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at an incorrect price. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm you have the legal right to use that payment method.
5. Privacy & Data
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Black & Barhe does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party sites. Your use of such sites is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, in accordance with the rules of the chosen arbitration association.
10. SMS Marketing
By opting into Black & Barhe's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Black & Barhe through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
Messages may include order updates, account alerts, promotions, and cart reminders. You do not need to opt in to SMS to make a purchase — your consent is entirely voluntary.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You'll receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless initiated by you. For help, reply HELP or email ahoy@blackandbarhe.com.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you get a new mobile number, you'll need to re-enroll.
11. Modifications
Black & Barhe reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect upon posting. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Black & Barhe regarding your use of our website.
