About Kathryn Colvig Books
Kathryn Colvig is a realist oil painter that was born in the desert of Arizona, raised her children in the heartland of Iowa, and has been living in her adopt seaside community of Nosara, Costa Rice since 2004. She's an avid organic gardener and animal lover. She balances her day with surfing, yoga, and creating art. While in Costa Rica, she can be found each morning at Playa Guiones, sitting with her dog Mango, sketching designs for her next Vagabond Coloring Book or mesmerizing oil painting of water and waves. Kathryn has a gallery in Texas where she paints large commissions in oil that are difficult to ship from Costa Rica and formats her coloring pages into the Vagabond books that have become favorites of colorists worldwide.
