About Megan N. Gross Books

Jennifer Kurth, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor in Low-Incidence (Severe/Profound) Disabilities at Northern Arizona University. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in special education and specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Jennifer is also the faculty advisor for a student chapter of TASH at NAU. She obtained her B.S. at the University of California at Davis, M.Ed in Special Education from University of Washington and a Ph.D. from University of California at Davis. Prior to coming to the university, Jennifer was a special education teacher, inclusion facilitator, and paraeducator. Megan Gross is an instructional support teacher and inclusion specialist in the Brentwood Union School District and has been an educator in California since 2004. She has facilitated inclusive education for elementary and junior high students. Megan has promoted effective teacher and paraeducator collaboration and advocated development of modified curricula at seminars, university classes, and conferences. She obtained her B.S. at the University of California at Davis and earned her special education credential at California State University, Sacramento. Before becoming a teacher, Megan supported adults with developmental disabilities and worked as a paraeducator.
