About Michal Glikson Books

Dr. Michal Glikson is Visual Artist and Researcher focused on the creative possibilities of nomadic art practice across cultures. During her Ph.D. in Visual Arts with the Australian National University, she was Visiting Research Fellow at Kala Bhavana Fine Arts faculty, Viswa Bharati University of Santiniketan, guest teacher at National College of Art, Lahore, and has given numerous workshops and presentations on nomadic art practice and miniature painting in Australia, India, and Pakistan. Her project 'Towards a Peripatetic Practice' yielded the Australindopak Archive, a major work integrating painting and sound which has received recognition for innovation in emerging research in the field of visual art.
