Rose Scott is a gout wife with a story to tell. After ten years of watching her husband endure the pain and misery of gout, she discovered what was actually causing the gout and, contrary to everything we are told, it had nothing to do with eating a purine rich diet.. In her search for information about gout Rose became fascinated by the role the food we eat plays in our health. She is now dedicated to providing gout sufferers and their loved ones with the latest up to date information on gout, diet and nutrition. Rose has written and published two books on gout. Her third book, a gout diet cookbook, will be published in 2015.
