About Tim Hollis Books
Tim Hollis has published twenty-four books on pop culture history. For more than thirty years he has maintained a museum of cartoon-related merchandise in Dora, Alabama. He is the author of Dixie before Disney: 100 Years of Roadside Fun; Florida's Miracle Strip: From Redneck Riviera to Emerald Coast; Hi There, Boys and Girls! America's Local Children's TV Programs; Ain't That a Knee-Slapper: Rural Comedy in the Twentieth Century; and Toons in Toyland: The Story of Cartoon Character Merchandise, all published by University Press of Mississippi. Greg Ehrbar is a two-time Grammy-nominated and Addy-winning writer who has spent over twenty-seven years with Disney. He is coeditor of Inside the Whimsy Works: My Life with Walt Disney Productions, published by University Press of Mississippi, and contributor to the Official Disney Parks Blog; The Cartoon Music Book, Celebrating the Magic: 40 Years of Walt Disney World; and numerous Disney journals, books, and sites.
