About Tim Rose Books

Tim Rose is the founder of Alexandria History Tours, a veteran- and locally owned tour company in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Tim served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2011 to 2021. He is passionate about Alexandria's ties to George Washington and the city's role in the French and Indian War, Revolutionary War, and Civil War. He lives in Alexandria with his family, and together they enjoy spending time in Old Town and at Mount Vernon.
