Twyla Gill Wright has been a published writer of national religious curricula, newspaper features, and family histories. These histories include "From These Hills", "Latchstrings", and "Oxbows and Calico." She has personal essays in two anthologies: "Rivers Running Free: Stories of Adventurous Women" and "Spiritual Autographs: Southern Women Tell Their Stories." In 2012 her juvenile novel "The Scarlet Glass" was published. Mrs. Wright lives on ancestral land in the Arkansas Ozarks, near Batesville, with her husband Dennis.
