Book Overview

by Danielle Baker (Author)

Kasey Corcoran lives his life in the fast lane; chasing cars is his profession, and chasing women... is one of his preferred pursuits. So when he meets Shauntelle Kendall, a bombshell with a fiery temperament and an even wilder heart, she is exactly the kind of woman Kasey is compelled to chase.

Fresh out of a broken engagement, Shauntelle has sworn off men, especially the cocky--though outrageously attractive--Kasey. But when they're thrust together for a family wedding at an intimate and secluded resort in the mountains of Colorado, Shaun has nowhere to hide from Kasey... or the undeniable passion he's awakened in her.

Shaun has never met a man that tests her patience or drives her crazy quite the way that Kasey does, and it's not long before she realizes that there is far more at risk than she anticipated by letting Kasey attempt to tame her wild heart...

About Danielle Baker

Danielle Baker was born and raised in the picturesque city of Petoskey, nestled on the crystalline shores of Lake Michigan, which also happens to be the setting of most of her books. Danielle's love of reading began with a bespectacled boy named Harry, and she has been devouring literature ever since. Her love of writing began while she was in high school, and by the time she graduated she had written a plethora of short stories, two novellas, and three novels. Life and family took a front seat to writing for several years, but at the urging of her family, Danielle was given the boost she needed to 'Get back in the saddle' and keep reaching for her lifelong dream of becoming a published author. When Danielle isn't working, writing, or spending time with her family and beloved golden retriever, she can be found with a cup of coffee in one hand and a book in the other.
