An Honest Pour: A Life Behind Bars - Paperback

Through all the chaos, the loss, and the drama of decades in the restaurant trenches, one truth remains: This is who I am.
The drinks have changed. The venues have changed. The battles have changed. But my role-mixing, serving, connecting-has never wavered.
This is my final chapter, my last pour, and the peace that comes from knowing I've finally returned home. And as I slide the first beer across the brewery bar, I can almost hear that nervous young man learning how to work the rail. I've now come full circle.
I am a bartender.
