My story, "And You Thought Police Work Was Exciting," takes you from juvenile delinquent, Augusta Military Academy, United States Marine Corps, Calvert County Sheriff's Department, Maryland State Corrections, to delivery driver, management, working hard, marriage, fatherhood, leadership, four relocations, putting together more criminal cases than as a deputy, accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, then on to VP of airline security for one of the largest and best transportation companies in the world--without a college degree.

I am writing my story to show how Jesus Christ changed a sinner's life and how you can go from Marine, deputy sheriff, and delivery driver to VP of airline security. God's Word says He knew us before we were conceived, so hopefully this book shows you how He protected me from being shot, stabbed in fights, and seriously hurt in auto accidents before I officially received Him as my Lord and Savior.
