Animals in Time, Volume 1 Activity Book: Historical Empires and Civilizations - Paperback

This activity book accompanies the Animals in Time, Volume 1 storybook comprised of twenty-six A-Z animal adventure stories. These activities will engage your child in the various topics introduced in the stories, which include history, animals, geography, science, and a whole lot of fun! This resource is ideal for elementary students and can be combined with a letter of the week approach.

The following activities are based on each story:

• coloring pages
• history/civilization activities
• animal facts with mazes and art
• tell me about the animal
• science activities
• geography mapping
• notebook pages for child's own writing (fiction or nonfiction)

As with the Animals in Time storybook, this project provided young people the opportunity to further develop a wide variety of skills, including artistic expression, research, writing, publishing tactics, and more, while transforming their passions into something that is valuable for others.

Our hope is that your child will enjoy their adventures with the Animals, and that they too will be inspired to create as they engage with what they're learning!
