When the Nazis invaded Hungary in 1944, they shipped virtually the entire Jewish population to Auschwitz, the most infamous of all concentration camps. There, separated from his family, Dr. Nyiszli was chosen to perform "scientific research" on his fellow prisoners-dead and alive. Miraculously he survived to write this most horrifying and shocking account of the most infamous of Eichmann's infernos.
