Authentic Intelligence: The Third Domain of Human Awareness

For all the sophistication of modern intelligence research, the pre-cognitive signal that orients human perception before thinking or feeling engage has never had a formal scientific home. Researchers in neuroscience, psychology, physics, and information theory have all encountered it, and all have stepped around it. Science runs on logic, and that is exactly why it has yet to investigate what precedes it.

Kathleen A. O'Grady introduces Authentic Intelligence(TM) (AQ(TM)), the third domain of human intelligence, defined here for the first time with the rigor required to earn scientific investigation. Drawing on two decades of qualitative field research in human behavior and organizational systems, she maps the perceptual structure through which pre-cognitive awareness operates and proposes a cross-disciplinary research agenda spanning neuroscience, psychology, physics, and information theory.
