Bonded by blood - Paperback

by Michael Todd (Author), Michael Anderle (Author)

Blood awakens. Destiny follows.

Peter arrives in Velstyn with nothing but inherited blades and a secret heritage. When he saves a blacksmith's family from feral wolves with flickers of mysterious power, locals bestow upon him an unexpected title: "Lord Taraskharn."

Peter wants to understand the strange power awakening within him. His grandmother's cryptic teachings hint at a legendary bloodline.

Velstyn darkens around him.

Ancient dungeons awaken. Monsters roam the countryside. A gladiatorial pit forces captives to fight for entertainment.

After infiltrating the underground arena, Peter discovers Nyxara, a fearsome Dark Elf warrior enslaved as the pit's champion. His search for answers leads him to Elara, a half-elf healer whose Celestial powers mysteriously resonate with his own hidden abilities.

The unlikely trio must navigate treacherous elven politics while battling increasingly powerful monsters. Their path leads to a corrupting dungeon core that threatens everything within its reach. Through shared danger, bonds form between them-connections that transcend mere alliance.

Failure means Velstyn falls to darkness, leaving the dormant power in Peter's blood another forgotten legend. Success might reveal the truth behind his grandmother's cryptic references to the "Drakkonnen line" and the key to his destiny.

Will Peter embrace his heritage and become the leader Velstyn desperately needs? Or will ancient enemies ensure the Dragon's blood remains forever dormant?
