Cabin 2 - Paperback

by P. L. Wellisley (Author)

When Grant Sterling is forced to leave the career he spent years building, the single father has no choice but to start over.

Accepting a position with the Cranberry Ridge Police Department means more than a new job. It means a safe town, a fresh start, and the stability his eight-year-old daughter deserves. Practical, responsible, and focused on being the father Penny needs, Grant has no room in his life for distractions.

Naya Warren is practically one giant distraction.

The spirited owner of the Sweet Spot Bakery follows her heart, speaks her mind, and isn't afraid to go after what she wants. Getting the attention of the town's newest police officer quickly becomes her favorite challenge.

The more time Grant spends with her, the more he realizes there's a lot more to Naya than he first assumed. Before long, keeping his distance is no longer something he wants to do.

For the first time in a long time, Grant starts imagining a future that includes more than just him and his daughter.

But when danger threatens everything they've built, Grant and Naya realize that love isn't about what you're willing to gain. It's about what you're willing to sacrifice.
