Music historian Betsy Schwarm has worked in classical music for over twenty years as a radio announcer/producer, university professor of music, and pre-concert speaker. She also writes about music for many organizations, including Encyclopædia Britannica, the Cleveland Orchestra, Denver's Opera Colorado, and numerous others at home and abroad.
