Book Overview

Art is a healing process of body to mind and mind to soul which inspires me to do new and more every day.

-Ketki Fadnis

This coloring book has thirty original hand drawn designs by Ketki Fadnis. Choose the design in any order and color them as you desire. As you beautify these designs with colors, you will experience calm and mindfulness. It is an excellent activity to increase your self-awareness and concentration, just like meditation, but in a very playful manner. It can be an excellent companion for individuals or can contribute to a rewarding family time - age being no bar. And when you are done coloring, just detach the design from the book and put it on walls/work table with pride or even gift it on an occasion to someone.
