Dust Bound - Paperback

by Clementine Fraser (Author)

Seventeen years after the Fae destroyed the world, Adelia Lark must face them again.

Life in a world destroyed by monstrous Fae isn't an easy one. Adelia wants nothing more than to keep out of trouble and convince Ryder Hendrix, the ruggedly handsome leader of her compound, she doesn't need his protection. But covered in scars that won't let her forget her nightmares of sharp knives and pools of blood, finding happily ever after in a world covered in endlessly falling faerie Dust might not be in the cards.

When the Fae steal an orphan teen, Adelia realises she wants something else: to stop the future echoing her past. As the only one immune to the poisonous Dust, she knows she is the teen's best chance. Accompanied by Ryder, who she's secretly loved for years, she ventures through a broken landscape to rescue the child whose fate echoes her own.

But the Fae are hunting them, and the only chance of survival lies with Adelia accepting her past and embracing the mysterious powers she never wanted-and in doing so she may lose Ryder forever.
