Everything is True: but not necessarily factual - Paperback

Everything is True: but not necessarily factual mines the intersection of reality and invention, what happened and what could have. As with the best fiction, Welton Rotz uses his wealth of experience, sometimes playfully, sometimes plumbing the depths of loneliness and loss, to take the reader on a dizzying sail into his own unique perspective. From his early days working on a Kansas wheat farm, to his years in the Philippines, to the 1965 Selma/Montgomery march, and on through his studies of theology and psychotherapy, Rotz draws on his unique background for this far-ranging collection of stories. He has been a sculptor of stone and metal, a blacksmith, licensed general contractor, boat builder and teacher. Threads of spiritual seeking, adventure, and wistful reflection weave through these transcendent tales.
