Executive Roadkill - Paperback

by Michael A. Sisti (Author)

When you're thrown under the corporate bus, you become Executive Roadkill.

Dave Powers returns with another gripping adventure, this time inside the treacherous corridors of insurance behemoth, RIHIP. This intense saga soars to his brilliant management success and crashes during his debilitating anguish during a grueling, multi-day FBI interrogation as the suspected architect of a major embezzlement scheme.

When Rhode Island Health Insurance Partners with an 85% market share plummets to 49% and a staggering $25 million loss, they hire marketing consultant Powers. His remarkable turnaround triumph leads to a full-time executive position just before the CEO unexpectedly resigns.

Feel Dave's pain as he becomes the scapegoat for the new CEO's blunders and gaffes but also the culprit for the firm's illegal practices. When the CEO's quest to garner all the glory, staff performance recognition is virtually outlawed. Can Powers prevail with the deck so heavily stacked against him? Will his creative thinking and sense of humor be enough help him survive?

Through a vivid portrayal of the culture clash between entrenched bureaucratic slackers and a high-energy entrepreneur, this novel exposes the flaws in corporate America today. Sisti's humor-laced style delivers a highly entertaining, gut-wrenching read, filled with unexpected drama that is attracting a growing legion of fans.
