Bedtime can be a challenging time for both parents and their children. As a mother, youth worker and grandmother, I think I have heard every reason or bedtime excuse there is. Some children have a genuine fear of the dark and all the unknowns. Have some snuggle up time with your little one as they follow along with little monster's struggles to get to sleep.
