GRIEVE UPWARDS - One Man's Journey Through the Valley is mainly autobiographical. This book contains valuable keys on pre-grieving, navigating the journey with a God who promises healing, guarantees death and illustrates how nothing takes our all-knowing Father by surprise. Rather than submissively allowing grief to 'happen' to us, the author inspires people to take charge of their grief journey through wisdom, understanding and helpful relationships. GRIEVE UPWARDS deals with questions often wrestled with during grief. How do males grieve different to females? How do you avoid falling into temptation? How can you find love second time around? When are you ready for a new relationship? How can you trust God again? It concludes with the encouragement to begin writing the next chapter of your life.
