The Holy Spirit later gave me the idea to create a teenaged character built around the phrase "Let Me Tell You about My Jesus" using the letters as a weird acronym to get people's attention. This character would be cool and popular wearing jewelry with these letters. He would carry his Bible everywhere he goes to include school. He would not allow anyone or anything to stop him from sharing the Good News. Moreover, he would not even allow his personal safety and feelings stop him from sharing the Good News. He remained focused on the calling that Jesus Christ had anointed him to do. He trained his friends to do so as well. Thus, Hip Hop Charlie (HHC) was born. Pastor Sammy has nearly forty years of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ in the church and in the community. He works with children through his church's outreach program called, "Kids on Main Street." It is through this ministry that children receive free tutoring, snacks, and the Word of God. In addition, he teaches the Bible at the local community school with the "Good News Club" through "Child Evangelism Fellowship."
