Meet Bambi - Tiny, Mighty, and Very Much in Charge!
Bambalina, affectionately known as Bambi, may weigh only seven pounds, but don't let her tiny size fool you. She has a very big personality-and an important job to do!
Bambi is a real rescue dog who was found alone in a parking lot in Florida and brought to Chicago, where she found her forever family. Now she lives with her mom, dad, two sisters, and three brothers-and she makes sure everyone follows the rules!
When Maya sneaks onto the counter for food, Bambi has something to say. When Herbie and Eddie get too rambunctious, Bambi steps in with a very important:
"Yap! Yap!"
But being the boss isn't all work. Bambi loves playing with her siblings, chasing toys, snuggling under soft blankets, wearing pretty sweaters, and curling up with Mom and Dad. She especially loves belly rubs-and she has the biggest smile to prove it!
Through Bambi's story, children discover that being brave isn't about being big. It's about loving your family, standing up for what matters, and being exactly who you are.
I Am Bambalina is a heartwarming children's picture book about rescue, family, courage, self-confidence, and the special bond between pets and the people who love them.
Best of all, Bambi's real-life story helps shine a light on the importance of animal rescue and the countless dogs and cats still waiting for their forever homes.
Tiny paws. Big personality. Bigger heart.
Meet Bambi-and discover why this little rescue dog believes she runs the whole place!
