VIRGINIA BLACK (she/her) is the author of Consecrated Ground and No Shelter But the Stars. She is a two-time winner of Golden Crown Literary Society Awards, and has been selected to participate in the 2024 Lambda Literary Writers Retreat for Emerging LGBTQ Voices. Born in California--where even green is brown--Virginia escaped to the rain showers and vibrant greens of the Pacific Northwest.
