John Barber: San Francisco - Paperback

by James Grubbs (Author)

John Barber opened his transportation pod's driver-side hatch door to feel the crisp mountain air. He didn't know what to do-scream out in joy, or cry. He had just defied death for the second time in one hundred and eighty-five years. He wanted revenge, and he knew where to find it-San Francisco.

For centuries, John Barber survived among a fading humanity, hidden in plain sight from the World Crystal's gaze. Now with everything lost, he had only two choices: Get his revenge, or listen to Megan and save humanity.

San Francisco held the answers to both of those choices, and humanity's existence rested in the hands of an angry, broken man. His only allies are Ty Leggett, Terry Cheer, and a pocket-sized computer named after his dead wife, Megan.

With relentless courage they face each suicide mission.

Humanity's fate awaits the outcome.
