Book Overview

Meet the newest K-Pop sensation, MoonGlow! By day, they light up the stage; by night, they fight the forces of evil. This action-packed novel has got it all: hits, heart, and humor!

Yuna Moon is the luckiest girl alive. As the leader of the K-Pop girl group MoonGlow, she spends her days charming journalists at press conferences, interacting with her adoring fans, and pushing her passion for music to ever rising heights.

However, being a K-Pop star isn't all fun and games. Not only is Yuna responsible for keeping her group -- and their very different personalities -- from clashing, but she's also responsible for upholding good in the world and vanquishing evil. However, when a mysterious evil threatens another K-Pop group, it's up to MoonGlow to save the day.

About Erin Yun

Erin Yun is the author of the bestselling AAPI middle-grade series Pippa Park, a reimagining of Great Expectations that includes two titles: Pippa Park Raises Her Game and Pippa Park Crush at First Sight. She received her BA in English from New York University and her Masters in Creative Writing from Cambridge. While at NYU, she served as president of the policy debate team- an experience that proved invaluable when she later worked as the debate consultant for the Tony-nominated Best Play on Broadway, What the Constitution Means to Me. Erin Yun was also selected by the nonprofit Every Child a Reader to appear on a Get Caught Reading poster. A sought-after speaker, she has led her interactive writing workshop-teaching kids how to craft retellings-both in person and virtually at schools, libraries, and bookstores. People can tell she grew up in Texas by how often she says "y'all." And yes-she really did play basketball as a middle grader!
