Marked by the Fae King - Paperback

by Megan Van Dyke (Author)

The only one who can save her brother is the villain she vowed to end...

Aimee has spent years researching a cure for her ailing twin brother. But when modern medicine fails and his time runs short, she's forced to consider an option she once scoffed at: the fae. They have a potential cure, but it lies in the land of the Unseelie, ruled by the most hated man in Faery, the Unseelie King.

A coven of gifted humans agrees to help Aimee get to Faery on one condition: if she meets the Unseelie king, she's to lead him into a trap before all-out war erupts between the Seelie and Unseelie Courts.

It's not the king Aimee meets, but Elias, a mysterious Unseelie fae who offers to aid her quest. Along the way, his kindness and compassion transforms her view of the Unseelie from disgust to admiration, and she finds herself falling for her handsome and unexpected ally.

But Elias is not all he seems. When he's revealed to be the villain she swore to lead to his doom, Aimee has to decide who to betray, who to save, and how much she's willing to sacrifice. The fate of Faery itself is in her hands.

Fae romantasy with a forbidden, enemies-to-lovers romance full of yearning, betrayal, and magic, set in a destitute land on the brink of all-out war. An emotional and thrilling conclusion to the Courts of Faery series.
