He's her ex-boyfriend's dad and longtime boss.

She's the best assistant he's ever had.

They both know they're off-limits to each other.

Being snowed in together just might white out all of the rules.

When Ellie is offered a new career opportunity on the other side of the country, she has the holiday season to decide whether to take the job or stay on as Fisher's assistant.

Fisher knows he is on borrowed time having Ellie as his assistant when a new position she'd be perfect for opens up at his company. His deadline to inform her about the role is only weeks away.

Arriving early for a client retreat in the mountains of North Carolina, Ellie and Fisher are soon snowed in with only each other as company. The magic of this holiday escape finally gets them both to admit their feelings for one another.

What will happen when they return back home and have to face reality?
