Book Overview

by Carroll (Author)

F. Ryan Ezra De Dominicus - "Left Eye" to his friends - is back for one more wild summer in Woodmont Falls, and this one's about to get complicated. When new neighbor MaggieMay (better known as "Maggie Mayhem") moves in across the street, she brings chaos, cartwheels, and a secret that puts Left Eye's end-of-school-year dance in serious jeopardy. Caught between loyalty to a friend and doing the right thing, Left Eye has to figure out how to make things right - for Maggie, for his best friend Chance, and for a gang that's starting to feel the first real cracks of growing up.

With Riley away at cancer camp in Arizona, Chance facing a move that could tear the group apart, and Gigi and Pops holding down the home front with their usual mix of love and chaos, Left Eye's summer is shaping up to be his most emotional yet - full of laughter, hard lessons, and the kind of friendship that shows up even when it's inconvenient.

But not every summer ends the way you expect it to. Sometimes the people who hold your whole world together don't get to stay in it forever - and sometimes the most important thing you can do is be grateful you had them at all.

Funny, honest, and unafraid to go somewhere real, Meeting Maggie Mayhem is Book Three in The Adventures of Left Eye Lazy series - a story about friendship, mistakes, second chances, and learning that some goodbyes are harder than others, but you're never meant to face them alone.
