Missingville - Paperback

When her latest crush talks her into trading a weekend of country club tennis and Mimosa brunches for an Appalachian Trail hike, Renata Foster expects blistered ankles.

What she gets is strangled to death by a psychopath.

Her soul wakes up in Missingville, a purgatory for people whose bodies haven't been found. It's less an afterlife and more...a situation.

In Missingville, she meets others stuck in the same limbo, people dropped there by a God with a terrible sense of humor.

While her body rots, undiscovered, Renata can still see her family's grief, the police fumbling the investigation, and the man who killed her, unraveling in ways no one sseem to notice.

But when she begins to fall for another soul - someone who, like her killer, has done the unthinkable, Renata must decide who is good and who is evil. And when her murderer comes to town, she finds out if she's capable of it.
