It also establishes the importance of sharing light and recovery to others, to maintain her own, and the blessings of seeking help along the way. The book is illustrated by some of her photography, sharing her desire to find the beauty all around amongst the pains and frustrations of life.

This book is meant to be a way for others to find light in the darkness, and encourage creativity in their own journeys of healing.
