Never Settle For Less - Paperback

Many workplace gender discrimination cases do not go in favor of the women filing them. It doesn't have to be that way.

Author Marjorie C. McMillan spent four years-including hundreds of hours of deposition and a two-week trial-involved in litigation related to gender discrimination and pay inequity. She walked away a winner, but not without a lot of on-the-spot learning. In her book Never Settle for Less, she shares her experiences to help other women understand what it takes to get to the courtroom-and to leave it victorious.

Never Settle for Less exposes the assaultive nature of the court process, detailing the emotional toll and time involved. Once the reader understands that litigation is a strategic game, she can begin to plan her strategy, put it into play, and have a better chance of winning.
