About John A. Sarkett

John A. Sarkett created Violin Scale Charts(tm) in 1992 as a teaching aid for his daughter, Sharika, when she was a young Suzuki student. Her teacher saw them one day, exclaimed "you've got to publish these!." When the author's daughter took up viola, in addition to violin, he created this accompaniment to the original Violin Scale Charts(tm). Students around the world have benefited from these visual aids since 1992.
