Anaïs Bourny Delon has been working in the world of food since she was 22, working behind the scenes on numerous projects including the Paris Festival of Chefs, as well as the establishment of Le Table Ronde in Paris, a world-renowned restaurant that has welcomed more than 50 chefs from around the world over the last five years.
