Put to the Test - Paperback

In Put to the Test, Derrick Girard delivers an insightful and honest account of how life's greatest challenges can either make us or break us. While facing three lawsuits threatening to dismantle his rapidly growing business, Girard embraced the FIO mindset of resilience, determination, and hard work. Taking inspiration from a lifetime of lessons shaped by military discipline, entrepreneurial risk-taking, and the complexities of domestic life, Girard reveals the habits and principles one must implement to make it in life.

This is not a self-help book filled with clichés or quick fixes. Instead, Put to the Test offers a raw but straightforward roadmap for building the perseverance necessary to overcome setbacks in business, relationships, and personal growth. Whether you're struggling professionally, trying to adapt to life's curveballs, or striving to achieve life-long dreams, Girard's "Figure It Out" (FIO) mindset provides the means to face the obstacles head-on.

Packed with practical wisdom, personal life experiences, and actionable strategies, Put to the Test inspires you to tackle obstacles instead of running away from them. It motivates you to embrace the grind needed to achieve lasting success. If you're ready to stop making excuses and start taking control, this is the book for you.
