Book Overview

Razzle Dazzle is a fictional joyride which takes place in Acadiana, an area in the deep southern portion of the Louisiana Bayou. It's a place filled with mystique and the folklore of mythical creatures, Cajun swamp people, and of course, voodoo black magic and superstition. This story revolves around a military canine training facility named Fort Chips, which is located near New Orleans.

The area is filled with colorful inhabitants who create havoc through illicit deeds and bizarre voodoo rituals and spells. The training facility is run by Captain Jean Landry, a salty middle aged Cajun who runs the Fort with an iron fist.

When one of his men, Private 2nd Class Lester "Thunder" Duponte gets brutally mauled when his protective gear "malfunctions" and falls apart, it raises concern when he notices the throat guard straps were cleanly cut through with a knife!

Thunder who narrowly survived the attack suspects foul play, and quickly discovers a hidden agenda which was in place to have him assassinated, seemingly by an accident from an attack dog training exercise that went awry. With the help of his companion soldier dog "Superman" and his voodoo witch mother, Lucille, Thunder seeks retribution with a spicy dose of Cajun justice.

Buckle up for a wild ride through the Bayou, and most of all...beware of the Rou Gareau! He may be coming for you!!
