Retrievers: A Space Adventure Anthology - Hardcover

From award-winning author J.M. Holmes: a collection of four popular tales of Holmes' resourceful adventurers, Jerry and Kat.

To be a Retriever means living a life constantly on edge, and when you're carrying a Discovery you're in danger every minute until you deliver your find to the authorities on Earth.

Kat is a Retriever, and she's one of the best. She's comfortable with her solitary life, trusting no one and depending only on herself.

It's a life that suits Kat well. That is, until she meets Jerry.

That's when Kat discovers that someone having your back can be a great thing. Especially now that her competitors are trying to kill her.

Beginning with the story that first introduced the duo, this anthology follows along as the couple travels the galaxy and matches wits with dangerous kidnappers, murderous smugglers, double-crossing partners and ruthless competitors.

Praised for their inventive plots and thrilling suspense, these stories mix action and suspense with playful banter between the two heroes as their blossoming romance develops. It all adds up to create the perfect blend of science fiction suspense, mystery, action and humour, featuring two of the most likeable characters to emerge in many years.
