Running Down a Dream - Paperback

by Tamra Crow (Editor), Ryan J. Pelton (Author)

Darius Montgomery needs to get out of Los Angeles. His mother died of cancer, his dad can't pay the bills, high school's a drag, no girlfriend to speak of, and his little brother is well; annoying. When an opportunity to live out a childhood dream, and play in the world's most prestigious video game tournament comes his way, what does he have to lose?

Despite the International Gaming Olympics being in Denver, having little money, and Darius' father not exactly supportive of his gaming dreams. He sets off on the road trip of a lifetime.

Will Darius' gaming dreams deliver on their promises? Or will he find himself stuck in the rookie mode of life?
