Apollo twines his way into Kassandra's mortal Florida life, crashing into her classes, charming her parents and her twin brother Nikolas. Apollo still wants his prize. Kassandra just wants her normal back.

When Kassandra has a vision of Nikolas pierced by an arrow from Apollo's bow, no one believes her. She cannot convince Apollo that he would ever hurt Nikolas. She cannot convince Apollo that he has cursed himself.
