For years I lived with the idea that it was up to me to fix my circumstances and change the trajectory of my life. I lived with distorted beliefs that shrouded every fiber of my being compelling me to constantly 'do' or find ways to perform in an effort to bring peace and victory to my life. Dr. Bell's first book, Oh, The Day You Were Born, was published in 2020, attracting the interest of parents, step-parents, grandparents, foster parents, and guardians of all nations.
