Vampire vassal wasn't the life promised to Athaeÿn.
After languishing for three hundred miserable years in service to his cruel Arch-Vampire master, he assumes things can't get much worse. He is proven wrong.
Discarded and left to die in the secluded depths of a hostile kingdom, Athaeÿn finds unexpected and complicated kinship with a mysterious man lurking in the shadows.
In the face of adversity and desolation, the pair quickly develop a galvanizing bond that inspires a fight for freedom. If they can break their chains, the ripple effect may reach even those who can't save themselves.
No one is ever truly forsaken.
