Stuck in the Trenches: Welcome To The District Of Columbia - Paperback

After witnessing his father's death, 18-year-old Trey Johnson whole heartedly lives up to his nickname Young Savage, alongside his best friend in the game, 23-year-old Damian aka Freaky. Keeping his head on a swivel, bands in his pockets, and a dog on him at all times, Savage has no remorse in hitting a lick and committing murder if needed. With money on his mind and plenty of women in his bed, he is living his best life while surviving the mean streets of D.C. the best way he knows how.

However, unbeknownst to him, Savage's life becomes a hot commodity when revenge is the motive. One lick has fatal consequences, and payback instantly becomes a top priority. Before his death, Big Savage taught Savage to always be aware of his surroundings. While dealing with an unwanted distraction, will Savage get caught slipping and revenge be served? Or will Savage be the one delivering his own brand of justice?

Take a ride through the District of Columbia with Young Savage and find out what type of thoroughbreds those streets breed. See what happens when the right amount of pressure is applied, and what these grimy streets turn the real ones into. It's a test to see if Savage is built to survive the trenches with snakes lurking in the grass or will he become prey, left to be eaten alive and swallowed up like so many before him.
