Thank You, Jeju!: Korean-English Bilingual Children's Book - Hardcover

by Elena Woo (Author), Miji Yu (Illustrator)

English Korean Bilingual Children's Book - A Heartfelt Journey into Culture, Family, and Identity

"Thank You, Jeju!" is a beautifully told story about two Korean American siblings who travel from the United States to Jeju Island to reconnect with their grandmother, their heritage, and the magic of Korean culture.

Through a child's eyes, this story gently brings Jeju to life, where dolphins dance in the sea, strong and brave Haenyeo divers inspire, and Dolhareubang stone statues protect the village.

Beyond the adventures, this story explores something deeper: belonging, identity, and the love shared across generations. Through precious moments with their grandmother, the siblings begin to understand why Jeju is a place she holds so close to her heart, and why it becomes unforgettable to them, too.

Whether you are Korean American, exploring Korean culture, or simply seeking a warm, family-centered story, "Thank You, Jeju!" is a touching read that celebrates nature, culture, and the memories that shape who we are.
