The Blind Princess - Paperback

In the treacherous Tudor court, eyes can deceive-but the heart cannot lie.

When a tragic riding accident leaves Lady Leanna MacCrae blind, she refuses to retreat into the shadows of her Scottish estate. Determined to fulfill her family's alliance with the English crown, she journeys to Henry VIII's court, where whispers and schemes threaten to break both spirit and faith.

Sir Leon Blackwood, a knight whose loyalty to the crown has been tested by the religious upheavals sweeping England, sees beyond Leanna's disability to the fierce heart beneath. As Catholics and Protestants clash and noble houses rise and fall, their forbidden attraction could cost them everything-perhaps even their lives.

In a court where queens lose their heads and alliances shift like sand, Leanna and Leon must choose between duty and love. Can their passion survive in a world where a single misstep means death? And will Leanna find the strength to trust her heart when she cannot trust her eyes?
