The Grannybat's Weird Tales & Gothic Stories: Volume 1 - Paperback

by Jon M. Ausman (Editor), Alexandria May Ausman (Author)

Grannybat's Weird Tales and Gothic Stories, Volume one," by Alexandria Ausman, is a collection of seven stories that have been artfully fictionalized from the author's real-life experiences as the manager of a perpetual care cemetery and mortuary work. From the bittersweet romance of "The Donut Lover" to the coincidental outcome of "He's Okay" Ausman urges the reader to consider the mysteries surrounding both life and the eventuality of death. Her characters' often-poignant recollections, laments of missed opportunities, and devastating consequences of mistakes explore the very human emotional tendency to categorize the unexplained as supernatural.
