The Human Equation - Paperback

"Echoes of Ginsberg, Kerouac, and Neruda - yet wholly his own. Versatility is his secret weapon."

- Levy Lee Simon

The Human Equation grows out of ordinary days - love, children, work, loss - and the moments that alter us without warning.

Gossom writes with restraint and clarity. The language stays grounded - rivers, beaches, factories, hospitals, homes - but the emotions rise off the page and live. The poems move between the personal and the shared, asking how memory marks us and how brief encounters can change a life.

Selected poems from this collection have been adapted for the stage and into a festival-recognized film.
